DNA (DID NOT ATTEND)
Each month, we publish the number of Did Not Attend (DNA) appointments at our practice.
Every missed appointment is a lost opportunity for another patient who may be waiting for care. Our clinical time is limited, and when appointments are not attended or cancelled in advance, it directly impacts other patients and increases waiting times for everyone.
Please Cancel If You Cannot Attend
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must cancel it as soon as possible.
Cancelling in advance allows us to:
