Appointment System Improvement

From the 16th of October 2023 we are making a change to the way GP, ANP and Paramedic appointments are made at City Way Medical Practice . This is to allow consultations to be allocated based on clinical priority. 

All requests for a consultation will be triaged by a Senior Clinician before it is given. The Senior Clinician will determine how quickly a consultation is needed and whether your request would be better dealt with by another service. 

In order to triage your requests we will be using the online eConsult system. The City Way Medical Practice encourages that all patients that are able to do so, complete the online form on our website.

We understand that some patients will be unable to complete this and we ask that these patients ring in and a Receptionist will complete an eConsult on their behalf.
